Operation HADIN KAI: Troops Intercept Terrorist Supplies, Arrest 16 in Borno

Troops of the Joint Task Force (JTF) under Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) have intercepted two trucks carrying large quantities of suspected terrorist logistics along the Maiduguri-Mafa Road in Borno State.

Military sources confirmed that the operation led to the arrest of 16 individuals believed to be supplying materials to insurgents operating in the North East. Items recovered from the trucks are suspected to be heading to terrorist groups, according to the authorities.

The suspects are currently in military custody undergoing preliminary investigations, while the seized materials have been secured.

This operation is part of ongoing efforts by Operation HADIN KAI to disrupt terrorist supply chains and restore stability in the North East, demonstrating the military’s commitment to tackling insurgency and enhancing security in the region.
